Last updated Draft

This document is a working draft and is not yet in force. It is under legal review and will be finalised before launch.

1. Becoming a host

You agree to these terms when you list your place.

2. Listing truthfully

Your listing must be accurate. Photos generated or altered by AI are not allowed; you are responsible for everything you post.

3. One listing per place

You may not list the same space more than once.

4. Authority to list

You confirm you may list the property. Dyaar is not liable for any dispute about your right to do so.

5. Taxes and tasks

Dyaar does not handle your taxes or carry out tasks on your behalf.

6. No discrimination

You may not discriminate against guests on the basis of disability, race, religion or similar grounds, including by cancelling.

7. Cancelling a booking

You may cancel for force majeure or at the guest's request without penalty. Other cancellations carry a penalty deducted from your payouts; you can apply for an exemption.

8. Payouts

You are paid after check-out. Penalties and deductions are taken from future payouts.

9. Your public profile

Guests see your completed, successful and cancelled stay counts for the last 12 months.
